Sarah: (sighs) I can’t believe how much stuff has piled up back here. It’s like a junkyard!
(Sarah’s neighbor, Bobby, enters.)
Bobby: Hey, Sarah! What’s going on? Your backyard looks like a landfill!
Sarah: Tell me about it. I’ve been meaning to clean it up, but I don’t know where to start.
Bobby: Have you thought about renting a dumpster? I heard Joe’s Junk Removal offers affordable rates and different sizes of dumpsters.
Sarah: That’s a great idea! Do you have Joe’s number?
Bobby: Yeah, let me grab it for you.
(Bobby pulls out his phone and finds Joe’s contact information.)
Bobby: Here you go. Give Joe a call. He’ll set you up with everything you need.
(Sarah takes the number and dials.)
Act 2:
(Scene: Joe’s Junk Removal office. Joe sits behind a desk, answering phone calls and managing paperwork.)
Joe: (answers phone) Joe’s Junk Removal, how can I help you?
Sarah: Hi, I’m Sarah from Delmar. I need to rent a dumpster to clean up my backyard.
Joe: No problem, Sarah. We have dumpsters available in various sizes to fit your needs. What size are you looking for?
Sarah: Hmm, I think a 20-yard dumpster should do the trick.
Joe: Great choice! Our 20-yard dumpster is perfect for residential cleanouts. And the price is $250 for a week-long rental, including drop-off and pickup.
Sarah: That sounds reasonable. When can you deliver it?
Joe: We can have it delivered to your address first thing tomorrow morning. Does that work for you?
Sarah: Perfect! Thank you so much, Joe.
Joe: My pleasure, Sarah. We’ll take care of everything for you. Just let us know when you’re finished, and we’ll come pick it up.
Act 3:
(Scene: Sarah’s backyard. The dumpster has been delivered, and Sarah and Bobby are busy filling it with junk.)

(Bobby’s phone rings.)

(Mary enters.)

Bobby: Sarah’s cleaning up her backyard. We rented a dumpster from Joe’s Junk Removal.
Mary: That’s awesome! I heard they have great prices and excellent service.
Sarah: They sure do! And the dumpster is the perfect size for all this junk.
(Mary helps Sarah and Bobby fill the dumpster.)
Act 4:
(Scene: Sarah’s backyard. The dumpster is now full, and Joe’s Junk Removal truck arrives to pick it up.)
Joe: (exiting the truck) Hey, Sarah! Looks like you’ve made quite a dent in that pile of junk.
Sarah: Thanks to you, Joe! Renting the dumpster made the cleanup process so much easier.
Joe: I’m glad we could help. That’s what we’re here for.
Sarah: How much do I owe you for the pickup?
Joe: It’s included in the rental fee. No extra charge.
Sarah: Wow, that’s fantastic! Thanks again, Joe.

(Sarah, Bobby, and Mary wave goodbye as Joe drives away.)
